When do you actually launch?
Soon — we're finalizing the rig and the first routes now. Rather than guess at a date, we're building the waitlist first and launching neighborhood by neighborhood, starting where the most people have signed up. Get on the list and you'll hear from us the week your ZIP goes live.
Am I paying anything to join the waitlist?
Nothing. No card, no deposit, no commitment. Joining just reserves your spot and locks the launch prices on this page for your first year of service. You choose whether to start when we call.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. We clean on or just after your trash day, right at the curb while your carts are empty. Just leave them out — we handle the rest and put them back exactly where they were.
Do you really clean all three carts?
Yes. Trash, recycling, and compost — every plan includes up to three City of Austin carts at one price. Most competitors only price for two. Extra cans are just $10 each.
What makes hot water matter?
Our Double-Hot rig runs at 200°F and 4,000 PSI, which actually sanitizes — killing 99.9% of bacteria and dealing with maggots and odor. Cold-water rinses mostly just move grime around.
Where does the dirty water go?
Back into our trailer. Wastewater is reclaimed on board and disposed of properly — nothing runs down the storm drain or into your yard.
Can I cancel or change my plan later?
Anytime. There are no contracts — you'll be able to reschedule a wash, add carts, pause, or switch plans from your account once we're live.
